Terms of Service

By creating an account or otherwise accessing the Creator Kitchens platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time — continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or via a notice on the platform.

Creator Kitchens is a revenue intelligence and business management platform built for culinary creators. The platform helps creators track, manage, and grow revenue across multiple channels including brand deals, affiliate programs, content licensing, and CPG product development.

Core features include an automated revenue dashboard (powered by email parsing), sponsored post tracking and deliverable management, a public creator storefront and media kit, an affiliate brand marketplace, and access to Creator Kitchens-managed business opportunities including restaurant licensing and CPG partnerships.

Creator Kitchens is not a talent agency, employer, co-packer, or manufacturer. We operate as a platform and business partner — the nature of each engagement is governed by the specific agreement between you and Creator Kitchens or a third-party brand.

To use Creator Kitchens you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and be invited or approved to join the platform. We do not offer open self-signup — accounts are created by invitation or after an application is reviewed and approved by the Creator Kitchens team.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at craig@creatorkitchens.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of third parties without our written consent.

By using the platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information. All revenue figures, deal terms, follower counts, and other data you enter or forward to Creator Kitchens must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on this data to generate your reports and manage your business relationships.
• Comply with platform partner terms. When using Creator Kitchens features connected to third-party platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, affiliate networks, brand partners), you remain responsible for complying with those platforms' own terms of service, advertising disclosure requirements (including FTC guidelines), and any applicable laws.
• Honor your brand agreements. Creator Kitchens may help you manage and track brand deals, but you are solely responsible for fulfilling the obligations in any contract between you and a brand partner.
• Use the platform lawfully. You may not use Creator Kitchens to engage in fraud, circumvent third-party platform policies, infringe intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable law or regulation.

Creator Kitchens earns a percentage of transactions and revenue processed through the platform. The applicable rate varies by channel and is disclosed at the time of onboarding or when a specific opportunity is offered to you. Current default rates are:

• Licensing (restaurant channel) — Creator Kitchens retains the majority of revenue; creator receives approximately 9%. Exact terms set per licensing agreement.
• CPG Products — Creator Kitchens takes 20% of gross revenue. Exact terms set per product agreement.
• Talent Agency Services — Creator Kitchens takes 20% or more as agreed per engagement.
• Brand Deals (CK-brokered) — A facilitation percentage applies when Creator Kitchens sources or brokers the deal. Creator-sourced deals tracked on the platform carry no fee.
• Affiliate, Ad Revenue, Direct — Tracked on the platform for your visibility. Creator Kitchens does not take a percentage of these channels.

Specific fee terms for any CK-managed opportunity will be confirmed in writing before you commit to that opportunity. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a guarantee of earnings.

Your content is yours. You retain full ownership of all content you create — photos, videos, recipes, captions, and any other creative work. Creator Kitchens claims no ownership over your content by virtue of your use of the platform.

By connecting social accounts or uploading content to Creator Kitchens, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and use that content solely to operate the platform features you enable — for example, displaying your media kit or pulling engagement stats. This license ends when you disconnect the relevant account or delete your Creator Kitchens account.

Creator Kitchens, the Creator Kitchens logo, and all platform software, design, and documentation are owned by Creator Kitchens, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without our written permission.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at craig@creatorkitchens.com. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days of account closure, subject to any legal retention requirements.

Creator Kitchens may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before termination unless doing so would cause harm or is prohibited by law.

Sections covering intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

The Creator Kitchens platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

Revenue data, reports, and projections generated by the platform are based on information you provide and are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data and for consulting qualified professionals for financial or legal matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Kitchens, Inc. and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Creator Kitchens in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100 USD.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
