Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and information generated by your use of the platform.

Account information

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, social media handle, and follower count. You may also provide a bio, location, profile photo, niche tags, and contact email for your public media kit.

Social platform data via OAuth

If you connect Instagram, YouTube, or TikTok through our OAuth integrations, we receive an access token and the public profile data returned by that platform (handle, follower count, profile photo). For connected Instagram accounts we may also retrieve post-level metrics (reach, impressions, likes, comments, saves, shares) through the Instagram Graph API. Tokens are stored encrypted using AES-256-GCM and are used only to operate features you explicitly enable.

Revenue and contract data

We collect revenue figures, deal terms, and payout details from emails you forward to your Creator Kitchens forwarding address. This data is parsed and stored to power your revenue dashboard and reports.

Usage data

We collect standard server logs including IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. We also track link clicks through our go.creatorkitchens.com redirect service to measure storefront and affiliate link performance.

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the Creator Kitchens platform and your account
• Calculate your revenue, generate dashboard data, and power your creator storefront and media kit
• Send you weekly digest emails, monthly business review emails, and contract expiration alerts
• Fetch and display post engagement statistics from connected social platforms
• Improve the product, debug issues, and develop new features
• Communicate with you about your account, policy updates, and product announcements
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data to train AI models. Revenue and contract data you share is used solely to operate your account and generate your reports.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

We share data only with the following service providers who help us operate the platform:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• Vercel — hosting and serverless functions
• SendGrid (Twilio) — transactional email delivery and inbound email parsing
• Anthropic — AI-powered email parsing and report generation (data is processed but not retained for model training)
• Meta (Instagram) — OAuth authentication and Graph API data retrieval for connected Instagram accounts
• Google (YouTube) — OAuth authentication and YouTube Data API for connected YouTube accounts
• TikTok — OAuth authentication for connected TikTok accounts

Each provider is bound by its own privacy policy and data processing terms. We require all providers to handle your data securely and only for the purposes of providing their services to us.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Creator Kitchens, our users, or others.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required for legal or regulatory purposes.

Revenue and deal data may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form for product analytics even after account deletion.

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — request that we delete your account and associated personal data
• Portability — request a machine-readable export of your data
• Objection — object to certain types of processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Creator Kitchens uses cookies and similar technologies to maintain your login session and support our Progressive Web App (PWA) functionality. We use session cookies to keep you signed in and local storage to persist app state across page loads.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics data is collected through our own server logs rather than browser-based tracking pixels.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may prevent you from logging into your account.
